Hi! I’m Will Leytem, a motivated and results-driven digital marketing professional with an aptitude for connecting with audiences and crafting marketing strategies that truly resonate, both visually and through written word.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications, as well as a Political Science degree with a focus on Political Communication and International Studies. This dual background has given me a unique approach to messaging, audience motivators, and methods of influence in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

My interest in marketing was sparked in college through positions I held in internships, student organizations, and nonprofit events. These early experiences helped me discover my enthusiasm for finding new, creative ways of engaging potential consumers and the excitement of implementing a successful plan.

Since college, I’ve gained hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing. At Java House and Heirloom Salad Co., I developed a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the motivations behind purchasing decisions in a B2C environment.

Later, as a Marketing Specialist for a regional B2B foodservice equipment distributor, I learned to think more strategically—focusing on what drives business customers to invest in new products and solutions.

Together, these roles have sharpened my instincts and deepened my understanding of the distinct nuances between consumer-focused and business-driven marketing campaigns.

On the technical side, I'm proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, content creation, SEO, website management, and search engine platforms, allowing me to be well-versed in the mechanics of what makes marketing work. As a professional, I thrive in environments that blend heavy creativity with trackable results.
